If you are not completely satisfied with your received order, you can return it to us, provided the following conditions are met:

• The earrings must be unworn for hygiene reasons.

• Returns must be reported to us within two weeks of receipt of the order.

• Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging, including the jewelry box.

You can report your return within 14 days after receiving the order via info@bling-it.nl . After this period, the option to request a return expires. After approval of your return request, you have 14 days to send the order to Bling-it. If we receive the return in good order within these 14 days, we will refund the full purchase amount.

If you want to exchange an item, you can make a return notification and order the desired new item via our webshop. After we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount of the returned item.

Always keep your proof of postage until we have received the return in good condition.
