Not fully satisfied with your order? You can easily request a return via your account. We'll handle it smoothly.

Request a return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You request your return via My Account → Orders. Go to your order and click Request return. You'll receive a return label to ship the package free of charge (or for a small fee for full returns).

Conditions

• Jewelry should be returned in the original packaging if possible. If not possible, pack the piece carefully.
• If the jewelry arrives damaged, we may charge you for the product's depreciation.

Refund

If we receive the return in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount including shipping costs within 14 days.

Exchange

Want to exchange an item? Request a return via your account and order the desired new item through our webshop. After we receive the returned items, we will refund the amount of the returned item including shipping costs.
