Order

Add the desired jewelry to your cart via the product page. Then go to your cart, fill in your details and choose a payment method. After payment you'll receive a confirmation email.
Contact us as soon as possible via info@bling-it.nl. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You can then return the package after receiving it.

Payment

We accept iDEAL, creditcard, Bancontact and other common payment methods via Mollie. You'll see the available options at checkout.
Yes. Payments are processed via Mollie, a recognized Dutch payment provider. Your payment details are never stored by us.

Shipping

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days via PostNL. After shipping you'll receive an email with a track & trace code. More information can be found on our shipping page.
We currently ship primarily to the Netherlands and Belgium. Have a different delivery address? Please contact us.

Returns

You have 14 days cooling-off period after receiving your order. See our returns page for full instructions.

Prices & VAT

Bling-It falls under the Small Business Scheme (KOR). This means we don't charge VAT. The stated price is the total price — no VAT is added and no VAT amount appears on your invoice. As a buyer you also cannot reclaim VAT.
Your invoice states: "Exempt from turnover tax under Article 25 of the 1968 Turnover Tax Act (Small Business Scheme)." No VAT amount is specified.
